I have been involved in photography for the last 5 years. My interests include travel, people and nature/wildlife. I am a member of Celbridge camera club. At the moment, I am involved at a national level with the IPF . where I organise the national nature competition and various Youth competitions

In 2005, I applied for an IPF distinction with the IPF and was successful, and in 2008, I followed up with an associateship panel. I am currently (slowly) working on a fellowship panel as well as progressing a FIAP distinction.

My passions in photography are people in their envirnoment and the natural world. My interest in photographing the natural world also reflects a desire to protect and enhance our environment. We are at a pivotal time in the cycle of thing in the world with many habitats under threat due to climate change. It seems a shame that human greed and indifference is adding to the destruction.
